At Fearon wines, we are proud of the wines we make. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products. We are a small family owned winery and our return and refund policy is below.

Sales Policy

  • All sales are final. We are not required to provide a refund, replacement, or credit if you simply change your mind.
  • Exceptions apply if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. 

Damaged, Defective, or Misrepresented Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the faulty, damaged, or misrepresented item(s) and the packaging.
  • We will review your claim and, upon approval, arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund. 

Liability

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to wine being a natural product. This does not constitute grounds for a refund or replacement unless the product is materially different from its description.

Shipping

  • We take responsibility for ensuring your order is carefully packed and shipped. If a product arrives faulty or damaged, we replace your order.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
