Region: Ferguson Valley, Geographe
Alcohol: 12.5%
Tasting Notes:
(note the 2025 Fearon Blanc tasting notes - 2026 coming from Tim soon!)
Bright and generous, with papaya, guava and nectarine on the nose alongside yellow grapefruit and lemongrass. The palate is luscious and zesty, with ripe citrus fruit pulled through by a squeezed lime acidity, and a creamy gingernut texture from lees aging and subtle French oak.
Pairing:
Equally at home with grilled seafood, a simple chicken salad, or fish tacos - or just cold, on a warm afternoon, with nowhere to be.
